Join us for the 18th Annual Flower-a-thon on April 26, 2025! Have fun finding spring wildflowers while competing with fellow nature enthusiasts. You will get to learn more about our local wildflowers, discover the beauty of some hidden local green spaces, and strive for the Golden Trillium prize that awaits the team who identifies the most wildflower species.
We will gather at Kirby Nature Center at 8:30 to divide into teams, pick up maps/scorecards, and share a light breakfast. Teams will have all morning to survey wildflowers and can search anywhere in the Western Wildlife Corridor. We will meet back at the Kirby Nature Center at 2:00pm to tally the scorecards, eat lunch, and award the Golden Trillium prize.
