Nature Preserves

Western Wildlife Corridor owns, protects, or manages over 400 acres of greenspace around Cincinnati Ohio. Some of our preserves are private property and others are accessible for you to explore!

Nature Preserve Rules

  • Keep Dogs on leashes
  • Foot Traffic Only. Mountain bikes, horses, and motorized vehicles are prohibited.
  • Hunting, Camping, and Campfires are prohibited.
  • Hike at your own risk and be prepared for varying trail conditions. Many trails are slippery in wet weather. Trails go up and down steep, rugged terrain.
  • Stay on marked trails.
  • Don’t hike alone.
  • Do not remove plants or items from the preserve.
  • Do make sure to take your trash with you to dispose of it properly.

  • Build and Inclusive Outdoors for Everyone
  • Plan ahead for your trip by packing lunches, being mindful of closures, if a place will be crowded, have a back-up plan
  • Leave No Trace and respect public land and waters. Take all of your garbage with you.
  • Explore locally and limit long-distance traveling
  • Play It Safe and remember to slow down and choose lower-risk activities
